In its report on the most important developments in Germany 2024, the OECD has included a passage on the Euro Plant Tray (page 11). Reference is also made to the Federal Cartel Office's positive assessment of the EPT's work.

The Bundeskartellamt's review of the Euro Plant Tray is presented in its 2024/25 annual report (page 61). The handling of competitively sensitive information in compliance with antitrust law and the members' sustainability goals as the basis for cooperation are once again emphasised.
